 Salads are the perfect summer dish to serve up for lunch or a light dinner. Discover easy to make salads that do not use lettuce. Example: chicken salad, pasta salad, etc. Join Karen McDougall from the OSU Extension Office to learn about lettuce-less salads and take home yummy recipes. Registration required.
