Description:
 Making a good salad is truly an art. Salads aren't meant to be boring. "Lettuce" show you the way. Karen McDougall from the OSU Extension Office will be demonstrating vegetable salads. Salads are a great way to load up on your daily servings of fresh vegetables and provide maximum nutrtion for each dollar spent. Registration required.
